you are aware , after our last round of discussion with GIPSA at Hyderabad , we have informed that 

Governing Council of GIPSA has adopted the proposals of scale of pay and other core benefits as discussed 

in Hyderabad and GIPSA decided to send the same to ministry. The draft proposal for notification was sent 

to ministry immediately after the above said Governing Council Meeting.Now we understand officially that 

the finance ministry has approved the proposals recommended and the process of Gazzette Notification is 

set in motion.By all probabilities the gazzette notification along with Hindi translation and 

Administrative instructions should be in place within three to four weeks from now onward. So we can 

certainly expect revised salary during the month of October, 2010 and also the arrears.The other related 

issues associated with this process will be intimated to you shortly .
Meanwhile please keep members of your unit informed adequately about these developments.
